Community Club rental fees:

Socials (with alcohol):
$400 for hall rental
$250 damage deposit (refundable)
$150 cleaning fee (if hall and bathrooms have not been cleaned     as per agreement)

Hourly Rentals:
(non-socials, eg: bridal shower, birthday party, etc.)
$40 for minimum 2 hour rental
$10 for each additional hour

Funerals:
Donation

Special Events:
Price to be negotiated 

Corkage:
$1.25 person (as stated on permit) and applies to functions            with or without alcohol; for the non-alcohol functions, it goes towards cups, ice, pop, and would be based on the number of       people expected at the gathering

Bartenders:
$50 per bartender from 8pm to 1am, additional hours at $12 per hour (one bartender per every 100 people)

Additional items for rental:
Chairs - $1/chair
Tables - $10/table
Coffee urns, griddles - $10 each
Chafing dishes - $20 each or 3 for $50
